Don’t worry though we are open again Saturday 30th from 9am!
AEDA Arts Academy is closed on Fridays and so is the cafe. In the New Year Beccy’s Global Kitchen will be open Monday through to Saturday. Until then if there is a group of you (minimum of 4 people) who fancy some tasty lunch on Fridays, just let me know and I will happily open up for you 🙂
It’s not a day off however, I am making cakes (holla to the other refreshment providers, Wired Cafe, So Smoothies, Fresh Bag of Coffee, Bluebird Tea Company and Newtrition) to fuel the thinkers and doers at Good For Nothing Nottingham’s Hack the finest minds in Nottingham will come together to get behind a fabulous social eating project The Family Café pioneered by the amazing Marsha Smith (gorgeous food created from surplus that would have ended up in landfill, eaten socially in exchange for donations, what is not to LOVE?) and Ecoworks, an awesome social enterprise who (amongst many other amazing things) sells vegboxes with the least food miles (grown on their site or procured through a network of local market gardeners)
I am really excited to be getting involved and can’t wait to see what we come up with. If your interest has been piqued then come along do!
