Wowsers it’s Friday! For those that this heralds the end of the first working week back after Christmas, well done you made it!

Today’s detox tip
Drink more water! We often mistake thirst for hunger. Our signal for thirst may cause us to eat as we can confuse it for a rumbly tummy. Have a glass of water first. If you are put on the sauce tonight after a hard working week, do try and interchange a couple of rounds of vino with a glass of water, you will thank yourself for this in the morning!
